Dear Potential Vendor:
On November 4th-6th, 2005, The Sheraton Reston will be the site of a conference,
Beyond IQ: Theory and Practice with
the Highly and Profoundly Gifted. We are expecting more than 120 people from around the
United States, including Teachers, Administrators, Mental Health Professionals, Parents,
and Children. We are seeking companies like yours, whose products will intrigue and
stimulate our attendees, to be a part of our conference.
On Friday, there will be Pre-conference Workshops for educators, and over the weekend
families will be there, as well. We recognize that some companies will want to be
there for the entire weekend, while others don't have that flexibility. Vendor
fees are as follows:
