Regular room (two double beds): $89
'Suite' (queen bed and queen pull-out couch, one large room): $109
These rooms all have mini-fridges and microwaves. A cot can be added to either
type of room.
There is a broad variety of restaurants in the area in addition to the standard
hotel restaurant.
The indoor pool will only be open until 10pm due to town restrictions.
Some of the rooms will have been newly refurbished at the time of the
conference. If you suffer from allergic reactions to new carpeting, etc., you
will want to request to not be in those rooms.

not provide media passes nor arrange for interviews with conference presenters
or participants. As such, the media will not be allowed inside the conference
location. If parents are contacted by the media, and choose to speak to them,
they may make arrangements to meet at their hotel or other location in the
