PRICE REDUCTION

Regular room: $75
'Suite' (queen bed and a pull-out couch): $95
All rooms all have mini-fridges. A cot can be added to either type of room.

(Those who have already reserved a room as part of the block had their rate reduced.)

There are more than 1500 restaurants within 5 miles of the hotel. A partial list will be posted soon.
The indoor pool will only be open until 11pm due to town restrictions.

The rooms have been newly refurbished recently. If you suffer from allergic reactions to new carpeting, etc., please keep that in mind.

Media Policy: Gifted Conference Planners does not provide media passes nor arrange for interviews with conference presenters or participants. As such, the media will not be allowed inside the conference location. If parents are contacted by the media, and choose to speak to them, they may make arrangements to meet at their hotel or other location in the area.
