If you are using this form to pay for a conference, please make note of your PayPal transaction ID and reference it on your registration form.
If you are a speaker, please use the regular (printable) registration page to determine how much to pay, counting yourself as the first adult (or whichever bracket you fit under), and deducting that amount from the total. Then enter the total on this page. On the 'Review Your Payment page, near the bottom, is a box labeled "Message to Seller (Optional)." Please put the breakdown of your family in there, including ages of children and days of attendance, as relevant.
