Transportation and Parking

BUA is accessible by public transportation. Families taking the T should ride the B-train on the Green Line to the BU Central stop (third stop above ground after Kenmore Square). 

• All guests should reference BU Academy/Beyond IQ when parking.
• Those attendees and exhibitors who need handicap spaces can park in the Bridge Lot (Lot H, adjacent to BUA) on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
• FRIDAY: conference attendees can park in Lot F (808 Commonwealth Ave.)
  
• SATURDAY:  Park in the Agganis Arena Lot at 925 Commonwealth Ave. (there may also be space available in the Bridge Lot [Lot H, adjacent to BUA])
  
• SUNDAY: Park in the Agganis Arena Lot at 925 Commonwealth Ave. Alternatively, street parking (without meters) is available along Commonwealth Ave.; the Bridge Lot (Lot H, adjacent to BUA) will be open and unattended, but parking enforcement may ticket.

Guest Network Access

Go to https://netregistrar.bu.edu/guest/ to register your computer. When prompted, conference attendees should enter the following information.

Guest ID:               820416
Account Name:   beyondiq

After the registration process is complete, YOU MUST REBOOT YOUR COMPUTER to gain unrestricted access to the network. If you continue to return to the registration page after rebooting your computer, please contact the IT Help Center at ithelp@bu.edu or 617-353-HELP (353-4357).

Coverage in the GSU:
Partial coverage - Basement, Floors 1 and 2
Full coverage - Floors 3 and 5
No coverage - Floors 4 and Penthouse
